. Managing People

Growing your business not only means developing your product, protecting your technology, financing and selling, it means determining who you need to help you and in what capacity you need their help.

For example, instead of hiring in-house sales personnel, it may be more beneficial and profitable to hire manufacturer's reps or independent sales representatives.

Whether you hire employees or hire independent contractors, consider using Non-Compete Agreements and Secrecy Agreements.

See Contracts, Non-Compete Agreements

Sexual Harrassment

Other problems arise when people misunderstand each other, intentionally attempt to take advantage of another, or get carried away with the moment. If you are a student and you have been assualted, the following article and letter may be of help. See "Quality of Life: student rights in the classroom."

If you are assaulted, attacked, molested, or harmed in any way, contact the police and press charges. Protect yourself and your friends.

If you have questions about managing people, you can contact Mr. Cooke directly at (312) 497-9002 or by email at "gc@Cookeslaw.com".

Mr. Cooke's fee is $300.00 per hour.
