Joint Ventures, strategic partnering, alliances and global corporate business agreements allow companies to complement technological, financial and marketing strengths.

The development of new technologies is costly, complex and risky while markets are global and American companies have new competitors in the United States and internationally. Whether you are a dotcom, a construction company, a banking institution or any company looking to compete more effectively or take advantage of a business opportunity, the joint venture may provide you with the tool necessary to gain a competitive advantage.

Joint Ventures can be as straight forward as a joint research agreement, a joint manufacturing agreement or a joint marketing agreement. Or Joint ventures can be as complex as top to bottom joint research to market agreements, including staff, facility and production combinations.

Worked with an American inventor in developing a joint venture opportunity with a Japanese manufacturer to sell the invented product worldwide. Ultimately, the parties decided on an international licensing agreement instead of the Joint Venture.

Worked with two American companies with similar, but non-competing products to develop a joint marketing agreement allowing each company to sell the otherŐs products through their established distribution chains.

Examined and prepared a joint venture between two companies to bid on and act as the general contractor on a multi-million dollar construction project
